  • There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

  • Closing date for entry will be Thursday 2nd November 2017 After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

  • No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

  • The competition winner will receive All day coverage from bridal prep - first dance, images supplied on USB, a password protected online gallery, a pre wedding consultation and the license to print your photos.

  • Entry to the draw is subject to photographer’s availability on the winner’s specified wedding date at the time of competition close.
  • Winning is subject to winner signing the standard Mark McCullough Photography contract for weddings, available upon request.
  • Competition is open to weddings held worldwide although travel and accommodation will be charged if your venue is 50 miles outside of Belfast.
  • Travel within 50 miles of Belfast is included in the prize.

  • Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  • The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  • No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  • Winners will be chosen at random. 
  • The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  • The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. 
  • The winner’s name will be available 14 days after closing date by emailing mmccphotography@gmail.com and using the subject: Wedding Photography Competition, request for winners name.
  • Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
